Experience Thailand like no one could. This expedition is about running in the misty highest mountains of Thailand in Chiang Mai, the sacred forests in the heart of the jungle along with Hill tribes. We put it all 1 week, mingling with local populations & tribes, thanks to our partnership with Sport for Kids. This Endurance runcation will definitely allow you to go beyond your running limits, but we made it adjustable so you could enjoy the most of this epic trip

Chiang Mail Trail Running Cooking Class
DAY 1 - ARRIVAL

You'll land in Chiang Mai, and we will pick you up at the airport. After a 15min transportation to the Hotel, you will be able to rest by the pool, meet the rest of the group before an immersive activity that will allow you to connect with the Thai Culture.

DAY 2 - Chiang Mai Area

On this first stage, we will lead you through a 20k loop in the Chiang Mai region. You'll run past your first temples and have views over the big canyon of the region. You'll end your run in a typical small village where you'll head back to Chiang Mai in the iconic red bus, and enjoy your evening with a Thai Massage and a nice restaurant.

DAY 3 - Down the Jungle

This is the beginning of our moving itinerary: we will leave Chiang Mai for the rest of the week. Running deep down the Jungle and the banana trees. You will enjoy some flat and descending portions on the second half to shake your legs. Ending up in a resort in the middle of the forrest, alone, you will be able to rest by the pool after this long run.

Dinner with Karen Tribe
DAY 4 - Share life with the Karen tribe

This day is the most iconic of the trip.
Running directly from the resort, you will enjoy a whole range of scenery to get to the final point.
Strawberry, orange, banana and rice fields across mountains and valleys.
You will end your run in the most beautiful litthe village from the Karen tribe. Sharing your evening with locals, cooking and sleeping in traditionnal huts.

DAY 5 - RUN THE SACRED TEMPLES

After a night with the Karens, we will change of valley and head North. On the other side of the mountain, we will cross a sacred little town and various temples. Following a long dirtroad, we will end our run along a river where we will have transportation to our next lodge: you will enjoy your Thai Massage and an deserved aperitivo by the pool.

Run the rice fields
DAY 6 - RUN THE RICE FIELDS

After a short transportation from the lodge, we will head to our final 2 days loop.
Running in 2 different valleys, you will have tremendous views on terraced rice fields. This relatively easy run on dirt road will lead you to another Tribe village. You will be able to rest on this peaceful valley, enjoy typical Thai food and spend the evening with the locals.

DAY 7 - RUN Back to Chiang Mai

After spending your second night with a local tribe, you will directly run from the village, to head back to Chiang Mail.
This run features tremendous views, rice fields, buffalo herds, and also crossing a river 25 times.
Back to Chiang Mai, you will enjoy a last Thai Massage before our last meal together: experiment Thai gastronomy in a delightful restaurant.

DAY 8 - FAREWELL

It is unfortunately time to say goodbye. Transports will get you back to the airport depending on your flight schedule.
